MCA Connect Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Annual List for Third Consecutive Year
For the third year in a row, MCA Connect has earned a place in Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list. Prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures.
With over 250 employees and hundreds of customers around the world, MCA Connect helps manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights through the Microsoft Cloud.

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company nominated took part in an employee survey, which included topics like management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

Over 250 employees came together from all over the country to connect and collaborate in a fun and relaxed environment.
